The thrift store resells the merchandise at a low cost. The store operation is maintained by four employees who are also program participants and other volunteers from the community.

Part 1: connections for life is a re-entry and transitional housing program for women. - Part 3: cconnections for life (cfl) is dedicated to helping women and women with dependent children get a new lease on life. Cfl accepts women coming from prison, treatment facilities, battered women's shelters, and other referral agencies as well as women coming in on their own. Cfl asks the residents give cfl a commitment to stay for 12 months because cfl believes that the rehabilitation process will take at least that long to build a solid foundation in their recovery.
