Urban League Parent Information Center

The Urban League Parent Information Center’s mission is to empower parents to be successful agents and advocates for excellent schools. Through our parent engagement and initiatives, ULPIC responds to the distinct needs of families and community with the ultimate goal of increasing student achievement, excellent schools and an informed community with an active parent base.
