Clarence L. Barney Head Start Center

The Urban League of Louisiana Clarence L. Barney Head Start (ULCLBHS) provides services to low-income children ranging in age from birth to five years old, including children who have verified disabilities. With kindergarten readiness as our focus, we utilize developmentally appropriate tools to stimulate sensory learning, cognitive, motor, social and emotional skills. With a strong history of success, our children consistently achieve developmental milestones.
